A sprinkler system is only as durable as the cheapest part in it. We spec the same heads, valves, and pipe on a $2,500 lawn job that we use on commercial work, because replacing a $4 valve five summers in is not actually saving anyone money.
Pop-up & rotary heads: Hunter, Rain Bird, and Toro pop-up sprays for tight zones; rotor heads with adjustable arcs and matched precipitation nozzles for larger turf areas.
Drip emitters and tubing: pressure-compensating emitters, 1/2-inch poly mainline, and 1/4-inch distribution tubing. Filtered and pressure-regulated for desert water quality.
Valves & manifolds: heavy-duty solenoid valves in inspection-friendly valve boxes. Threaded unions so a future repair takes minutes, not hours.
Pipe: schedule-40 PVC mainlines and laterals, sized to your home’s actual flow. Properly buried below freeze line for our occasional hard freezes.
Smart controllers: WiFi-enabled smart sprinkler controllers from Rachio, Hunter Hydrawise, or Rain Bird with WiFi modules. Weather-based scheduling, phone control, and EPA WaterSense certified models available.
Backflow protection: code-required backflow preventers installed and tagged. Keeps irrigation water out of your drinking lines, no exceptions.
